Lemon Bars

1 cup (2 sticks of butter) room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 3 lemons
zest of 1 range
1 – 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

Cream butter and sugar, then add in flour and oatmeal to make the dough (it will be crumbly) set aside
Stir the juice of lemon an the zest into condensed milk-set aside
Butter or spray a 9 x 13 pan
Press 2/3 of the the dough into the pan
Spread the juice/milk mixture evendly over the top of the dough
Sprinkle the remaining dough (it will look like a streusel) ove rthe top
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes till light and golden brown
Cut when cool
