Texas Fiesta Soup

Makes 4 servings
1 Texas Rio Star Grapefruit, sectioned 2 Texas Oranges, sectioned
1 cup plum tomato, chopped
1⁄2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1⁄4 cup peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber 1⁄2 cup chopped tomatillo
2 tablespoons chopped purple onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced 1⁄2 cup tomato juice
1⁄4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon Tabasco Salt and pepper

1. Coarsely chop grapefruit and orange sections, and place in a large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients; cover and chill 4 hours.
3. Serve chilled.
